I see a charge on my credit card from Tempo Tickets. What is it for?
Tempo Events is a service of Tempo Tickets. We process ticket sales and registrations on behalf of a variety of events. Check whether you bought tickets or registered to attend an event. Some examples are marathons, 5k’s, triathlons, bike races, conferences, comedy clubs, live music, or beer and wine tasting, to name a few. To get more details about a charge, send us a message below.
I have a question about an upcoming event.
As the registration provider, we can't answer specific event-related questions. Instead, please contact the organization hosting the event. Check their web site for relevant contact information.
I can't access my print-at-home registration confirmation, I forgot it, or it isn't printing!
If you can't bring your print-at-home registration confirmation to the event, no problem. You can be checked in with your photo ID using our digital registration lookup system.
