Powered on Will (POW!) inspires girls in 2nd, 3rd and 4th grade to take charge of their health, confidence and happiness through a game-based curriculum which creatively integrates running and positive body-image messages. POW! is a springboard of empowerment as young girls create, redefine, and surpass goals for today preparing them for a lifetime of limitless dreams.

POW! meets over a period of 9 weeks.

PROGRAM CORE OBJECTIVES

· Recognize and embrace all attributes of individuality

· Realize mistakes are not failures, rather knowledge while moving forward

· Believe in the power of positive self-talk and self-pride

· Nurture your body for emotional, physical, and spiritual health
